TRELEGY is a combination inhaler used for the maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. It contains three active ingredients: fluticasone furoate, an inhaled corticosteroid; umeclidinium, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA); and vilanterol, a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA). These components work together to reduce inflammation, relax airway muscles, and improve breathing.
