Strattera (atomoxetine) should not be taken by individuals who have a known hypersensitivity to atomoxetine or any of its components. It is also not recommended for those with narrow-angle glaucoma or those who have taken a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) within the past 14 days due to the risk of serious interactions. Additionally, caution is advised for individuals with certain heart conditions, hypertension, or a history of pheochromocytoma.
