For adults and children 12 years and older, the recommended Robaxacet Extra Strength dose is 2 caplets by mouth every 6 hours as needed.
Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours, and do not exceed the directions on the package. Each caplet contains 400 mg methocarbamol and 500 mg acetaminophen.
Avoid taking it with other products containing acetaminophen or methocarbamol. It may cause drowsiness or dizziness, so avoid alcohol and use caution when driving. The product label also advises using it only on a doctor’s advice.
