Before using the spray, gently blow your nose. Close the nostril on the side not receiving the medication with a finger, keep your head upright, place the spray tip into the open nostril, and spray while breathing in through your nose. Sniff hard a few times to ensure the medication reaches deep into the nose. Repeat for the other nostril if needed. This method ensures optimal delivery of the medication for maximum efficacy.
