Yes, Aggrenox has been discontinued. Boehringer Ingelheim, the manufacturer, stopped producing it, but generic versions containing the same active ingredients, aspirin and dipyridamole, are still available. If you were prescribed Aggrenox, you should consult your healthcare provider for alternatives.
