Creon (pancreatic enzyme supplement) can be safe for dogs when prescribed by a veterinarian to treat exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) or similar conditions. However, the dosage and use should always be determined by a vet, as incorrect administration can cause side effects. Never give Creon to your dog without veterinary guidance.
