To inject Evenity, pull the gray needle cap straight off, inject all the liquid subcutaneously (under the skin), and do not inject into muscle or a blood vessel. After finishing, pull the syringe out and dispose of it properly. Subcutaneous injection is less painful and easier for most people to self-administer, which can improve adherence to treatment.
