Kombiglyze should not be taken by people with severe kidney problems, metabolic acidosis (including diabetic ketoacidosis), or a history of serious allergic reactions to any of its ingredients. It is also not recommended for individuals with type 1 diabetes. Always consult a doctor before starting this medication.
