Biofenac (aceclofenac) should not be taken by people who are allergic to aceclofenac, other NSAIDs, or have a history of asthma, hives, or allergic reactions after taking similar medicines. It should also be avoided by those with active stomach ulcers, severe liver or kidney problems, or severe heart failure. Pregnant women, especially in the third trimester, should not use Biofenac unless advised by a doctor.
