Eylea injections should not be given to individuals who have an infection in or around the eye, or who have known hypersensitivity to aflibercept or any of the ingredients in Eylea. It should also be used with caution in patients with a history of stroke or blood clots. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting treatment.
