Heart-related side effects to watch for include:
- Fast, pounding, or irregular heartbeat
- Palpitations or skipped beats
- Dizziness, fainting, or feeling lightheaded
- Chest pain, chest pressure, or pain spreading to the arm, jaw, shoulder, back, throat, or teeth
- Shortness of breath that feels different or suddenly worse
