There is no approved weekly dose of retatrutide for personal use. As of July 2026, retatrutide remains investigational and is legally available only through authorized clinical trials; Lilly says it is not available for public use.
Clinical trials have studied several once-weekly target doses, but participants are screened, monitored and gradually titrated under a study protocol. Those trial doses are not instructions for self-dosing a vial purchased online.
