If you mean Allegra 12 Hour (fexofenadine 60 mg), you generally should not take two tablets at the same time. The labeled dose for adults and children age 12+ is one 60 mg tablet every 12 hours, with a maximum of 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Taking two at once would give you 120 mg at one time, which is not the labeled dosing schedule. If you already took two together, tell me your age, whether you have kidney disease, and approximately when you took them, and I can tell you what to do next.
