NORFLEX (orphenadrine) can help with pain, but it is not primarily a general-purpose painkiller like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
It is mainly used to relieve pain and discomfort from acute musculoskeletal problems, such as muscle strains, sprains, or painful muscle spasms, usually along with rest and physical therapy.
