You can wear a Sancuso (granisetron) patch for up to 7 days. It is usually applied 24–48 hours before chemotherapy, kept on throughout treatment, and removed at least 24 hours after chemotherapy is finished.
The patch releases about 3.1 mg of granisetron every 24 hours. Do not wear more than one patch at a time or keep the same patch on longer than 7 days unless your healthcare provider specifically instructs you otherwise.
