Yes. You can shower and wash normally while wearing a Sancuso (granisetron) patch. The manufacturer’s instructions specifically state that normal showering and bathing are allowed.
However, while wearing the patch, you should avoid swimming, strenuous exercise, saunas, and whirlpools/hot tubs, because it is not known how these activities may affect the patch. If the edges start lifting, medical adhesive tape can be placed only around the edges—do not completely cover the patch.
Also remember to keep the patch area covered from sunlight, including for 10 days after removing the patch, because granisetron patches may cause a skin reaction with sunlight exposure.
